Welcome to our Online Access system. Please read the instructions below to help you use this system.

This system uses standard web-browser tools to search the Real Estate and Marriage license records. Adobe Acrobat is required for viewing images. Downloading and installing an application with the required security precautions is no longer required.

Program Instructions

1. On the home page, use the Online Access menu and click the "Online Access" option.

2. It will take you to the following page where you click the "Online Access System" link.

3. Real Estate records are available on-line from July 1st, 1986 through the present.

Basic Real Estate Search: You will start in the basic Real Estate search screen. Enter the text for which you are searching. You can also select a different sort order or limit the search to Grantor or Grantee by clicking the appropriate radio button or just default to the preset options. To initiate the search, click the Search button or just hit Enter.

4. Advanced Real Estate Search: Select the [Advanced Search] option in the lower right corner of the search criteria box. You will see the following screen:

Enter at least a partial name for the Real Estate record(s) for which you are searching. You can also enter at least a partial legal description for the record(s) for which you search. You can limit the search by specifying one or more Instrument Types with a space between each additional type. You can limit the Real Estate search to a range of Recorded dates by entering a Start Date and/or End date. You can also select a different sort order or limit the search to Grantor or Grantee by clicking the appropriate radio button or just default to the preset options. To initiate the search, click the Search button or just hit Enter.

5. Marriage License records are available on-line from January 1st, 1930.

Basic Marriage Search: To search for Marriage records, select the [Marriage] search page option in the upper left corner of the search criteria box. You will see the following screen:

Enter at least a partial name for the Marriage License for which you are searching. You can also limit the search to the Bride or Groom by clicking the appropriate radio button or just default to look for both. To initiate the search, click the Search button or just hit Enter.

Advanced Marriage Search: Select the [Advanced Search] option in the lower right corner of the search criteria box. You will see the following screen:

Enter at least a partial name for the Marriage License for which you are searching. You can limit the Marriage License search to a range of Ceremony dates by entering a Start Date and/or End date. You can also limit the search to the Bride or Groom by clicking the appropriate radio button. To initiate the search, click the Search button or just hit Enter.

6. The search session will timeout after 60 minutes and force you to start your search over again at the Basic Real Estate screen.

7. To end your session, simply close your web browser.
